Outground is a training platform for outdoor group sessions in Lisbon and online training plans with video, with subscriptions and credit-based booking. Frontend is built using Nuxt and Tailwind, with Strapi making up the backend and CMS.
Outground Training runs outdoor group training sessions in Lisbon's parks and offers online training plans built around a video library. The platform covers both: members subscribe or buy credit packs, book sessions by location, time and trainer, and follow guided plans at their own pace, while trainers and admins manage sessions, attendance and content.
I developed the platform end to end. The frontend is built with Nuxt and Tailwind, with Strapi making up the backend and CMS. Payments and subscriptions run through Stripe and videos are streamed with Mux. I also set up and maintain the infrastructure.
